Prior counterperson and CDK experience a PLUS.- Automotive parts experience is a plus

Summary Description:
Receives stock, puts away in proper bin location. Ensures that all inbound stock is receipted in the in-house Computer system. Pulls, tags and prepares returns to the manufacturers. Pull and stages all orders for next day’s outbound business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers
- Assist in keeping warehouse clean and orderly.
- Processes cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required.
- Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description.
- Uses dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
- Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manger.
- Verify receiving documents.
- Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Parts Manager. Print invoices for pulled in stock parts for all line
- Sells products to meet the customer's needs. • Ability to spec out parts.
- Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers
- Assist in keeping department clean and orderly.
- Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
- Processes cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required.
- Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description.
- Uses dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
- Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manger.
- Keeps himself/herself groomed and clothed per the dealership guidelines.
- Answer phones within 4 rings.
- Follow up on all orders place and processed to expedite parts to customer.
- Need to Cross sell all product lines and manufacturers
