Procurement Officer

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the entire procurement process.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives and requirements.
• Source, select, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery capabilities, and overall performance.
• Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to maximize value for the company.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor and track order status to ensure on-time delivery, and resolve any delivery or quality issues that may arise.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, managing supplier performance, and conducting regular supplier evaluations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new product developments to identify potential cost savings or improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the finance department, to ensure proper budgeting, cost control, and adherence to procurement policies.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers, products, and technologies that may benefit the company.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, including supplier contracts, purchase orders, and other relevant information.

• College diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
