We are offering a long-term employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Havertown, Pennsylvania. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be engaged in a variety of tasks including account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing operations.
This role will be fully based in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in precise data entry and invoice processing tasks
- Undertake account reconciliation activities to ensure accurate financial records
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including entering AP invoices and liaising with vendors
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures, including cash postings
- Conduct light collection calls to maintain financial stability
- Assist the office manager with various administrative tasks
- Utilize software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to execute tasks efficiently
- Ensure accurate billing operations to maintain customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage customer credit applications and records.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is expected
- Ability to handle Billing tasks effectively
- Proficient in Data Entry tasks
- Experience in Invoice Processing is required
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle is needed
- QuickBooks proficiency is a must
- Familiarity with SAP is required
