Outside Sales Representative
Column Technical Services is hiring a motivated Outside Sales Representative to oversee the company's sales and marketing activities onsite. This individual will be tasked with creating strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction within the manufacturing industry in Itasca, IL.
This role is based in a professional office setting and regularly utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Occasional travel is required, primarily outside the local area and involving overnight stays.- A background in fabrication, stamping, and rolling.is required. *

-Formulates annual sales plans to support organizational strategy and goals.-Oversees the implementation and execution of sales policies and procedures.-Develops innovative marketing strategies to promote company products and services.-Suggests sales strategies for enhancement based on market research and competitor analysis.-Manages multi-channel sales strategies.-Leads, develops, and supports the sales and purchasing team.-Collaborates with management, quality, and manufacturing staff to discuss production capabilities, schedules, and resolve issues.-Supports team efforts by achieving related results as needed.-Performs additional duties as assigned.
