Human Resources Associate
The Human Resources Associate will join the HR Employee Solutions team at a leading global financial services firm, providing operational support across various processes in the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on managing reasonable accommodations for employees and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and confidential experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake process for employee requests related to medical and religious accommodations, ensuring confidentiality and a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with HR and business unit managers to gather relevant information as part of the interactive process for accommodations.
- Facilitate communication between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team, and other stakeholders such as the Ergo Team and business unit administrators.
- Partner closely with the Reasonable Accommodations team to ensure a smooth, efficient process.
- Maintain accurate case notes and statuses through centralized systems like HRCM and AskHR from initiation to closure.
- Manage the distribution of reasonable accommodation cases within the AskHR system.
- Escalate issues and concerns throughout the accommodations process as necessary.

- Partners closely with Reasonable Accommodation team as part of the interactive process to ensure seamless process
- Documents and maintains accurate, appropriate and timely case notes and status via Firm centralized systems
- HRCM and AskHR

- Manages Reasonable Accommodations case distribution in Firm centralized system - AskHR
- Escalates pertinent matters as necessary throughout the accommodations process
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in accommodation process
