Acquisition Application Manager
Overview:
WiSC Enterprises has a potential opening for an Acquisition Application Manager at the Defense Health Agency’s Contracting and Acquisition Support Services (CASS) program. This contract has not been awarded and is expected to be awarded in January or February 2025.
As an Acquisition Application Manager, you are expected to be professional, responsive, and have excellent communication skills as you may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials.
This is an onsite position in the Defense Health Agency's Aurora, CO location.
Compensation range: $155,000.00/Yr. - $170,000.00/Yr.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and subject matter expertise and for the purpose of preparing special reports, studies, analyses, and briefing papers on various acquisition, technical, financial, and business matters related to overall activities and process management in support of the CAE mission. Examples include, but not limited to conducting information searches, financial and technical writing and editing.
- Explain methodologies employed, discuss findings, list alternatives to consideration and advise on ranking proposed policy or action alternatives with explanations as to the advantages and disadvantages of each.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field or 10 years of experience in information technology systems or computer systems related tasks may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- 5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator, Contract Specialist or Procurement Analyst.
- 3 years of experience with DoD procurement and understanding of federal and DoD contracting principles, such as FARS/DFARS, DoD Directives and Instructions, laws, regulations, and procedures.
- 3 years of experience with the DoD Procurement Data Standard.
- Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Ability to resolve complex problems and develop concrete action plans to solve problems.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.
