About the Role:
Firm is seeking a Workplace Investigator Attorney to join their dynamic firm. This key role involves conducting comprehensive workplace investigations and providing consultative guidance to clients relating to numerous employment-related issues.The ideal candidate will have substantive experience with workplace investigations, employment law, and excellent legal judgement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead thorough and impartial workplace investigations into various personnel issues including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and violation of workplace policies.
- Provide clear, well-written reports detailing investigation findings.
- Advise clients on employment laws, compliance issues, and best practices in HR policies.
- Participate in the firm's pro bono initiatives.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
- A proven track record in workplace investigation and employment law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage caseload independently and meet tight deadlines.
