Human Resources Coordinator

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee records and data.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, notifying management of any potential issues.
  • Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS, including status changes, departmental transfers, and terminations.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including processing new hires and terminations, tracking changes, and resolving claims.
  • Support payroll processes by monitoring employee status changes and ensuring accurate payroll documentation.
  • Post job openings to internal and external job boards.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and administer pre-employment assessments.
  • Organize and facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork completion.
  • Oversee employee performance evaluations, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up with supervisors.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate recruitment events such as job fairs and open houses.
  • Assist in maintaining immigration and visa documentation as needed.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and make necessary travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organizational charts, personnel records, and safety documentation
