Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing and managing all operational procedures and policies. Continuously strive to improve and develop a strong team through goal setting, reporting processes and open communication. Works directly with other department managers to ensure all operational, administration and compliance functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance to the companies based best practices.
salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities
Responsible for providing effective leadership while fostering a positive teamenvironment and providing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of
organizational unit, department and/or functional area.
Performs supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies andapplicable laws.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work, recognizing, rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing
complaints and resolving problems.
Makes effective decisions based on the company standards and operating procedure.
Reviews all statistical performance metrics and initiates proactive solutions to meet theobjectives.
Ability to motivate staff and monitor performance standards for the operational team.
Plans and sets goals to improve productivity and efficiency of staff
Process invoices for payment; monitor spending and find ways to reduce cost through
quarterly analysis.
