We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Hoboken, NJ. Then come join us! We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist who wants to work as a team with our dynamic, well-respected multidisciplinary group. A huge plus if the incoming Physical Therapist specializes in or has training in pelvic floor therapy.

Our team specializes in high quality patient care and have been doing so for almost 10 years. We offer a variety of services including acupuncture, chiropractic care, occupational therapy, massage therapy, physical therapy and many more- all to provide our patients with comprehensive care.
When it comes to our patients wellbeing or if they are looking for therapeutic options after injury and|or chronic pain, our exceptional team offers the care and support they need!
Duties:
Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records|imaging, and reason for visit
Consult with referring Physicians|Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, stretching and manual therapy, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
Documentation|progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
Collaboration with the staff and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice

Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude

Requirements: Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT or MPT)

PT License in NJ

Specializing in Pelvic floor therapy a plus

Schedule: Full time

Compensation: $100k-$125k per year (DOE)
