Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process bank deposits with precision and timeliness
• Handle light cash receipts and ensure their proper documentation
• Provide support with spreadsheets, including data input and analysis
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed
• Prepare and organize deposit slips to streamline financial transactions
• Handle day-to-day tasks as assigned, ensuring smooth operations
• Code credit card statements accurately to maintain financial records
• Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks, demonstrating proficiency in the software
• Provide additional support as required, showcasing your versatility and adaptability in the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience with handling Deposit Slips is necessary
• Previous experience in an Accounting Assistant role or similar position is preferred
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles is essential
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
