Job Summary:
Spa Sydell is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a seamless experience for clients engaging with our spa services.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, including questions about services, promotions, bookings, and gift cards.
Address customer complaints or issues with empathy and provide effective resolutions within company guidelines.
Assist customers in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
Provide information about Spa Sydells services, pricing, and policies in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Log and track customer interactions to maintain accurate records and identify trends for improvement.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with resolutions.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field, Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using email platforms, CRM tools, and other customer service software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
