Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of construction, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Help manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders while maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and resolve issues proactively.
• Support the development of project schedules, procurement strategies, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with field teams to maintain quality assurance and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with ground-up and tilt-wall projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and document control.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
