Operations Manager - Client Products/Services (sales)

Overview:

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Salary - 50k-60k annually

Responsibilities:

• Conducts, evaluates and provides feedback regarding Products & Services Enrollments
• Become the department SME and single point of contact for retail programs
• Improve Customer Service Specialist productivity regarding program enrollments
• Participate in client monthly business reviews
• Provide on-going product training and mentoring
• Monitoring, evaluating and managing the number of calls marked as transfer eligible
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of previous management experience preferred.
• The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Also requires a high degree of confidentiality.
• Must possess excellent computer skills to include: knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong work ethic that exhibits high ethical and moral standards
• Must be able to communicate effectively, manage time effectively to ensure production standards are always maintained

Physical requirements:

• Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30lbs

Work conditions:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work environment is primarily indoors. The position requires little to no travel.
