- Job description: Field Service Engineer (FSE), tech support and warehouse support
B. Oversee and maintain warehouse operations. Responsible for receiving and shipping, warehouse supply needs. Keep record of warehouse inventory.
C. Provide basic tech support for company molecular diagnostic assay.
- Type: Full-time Experience: 3+ years of field service engineer experience is preferred, but not required
- Job responsibilities
B. Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of designated equipment and software
C. Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications
D. Regularly report activities to company headquarters and to company Technologies
E. Keep meticulous records of all service related activities
F. Keep records of shipping and receiving company products.
G. Organization and proper storage of all warehouse inventory.
H. Maintain all packaging materials supply.
I. Keep electronic record of all warehouse inventory.
J. Provide basic technical support to customers for company assay workflow.
- The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.
B. Fluency in written and spoken Korean and English required.
C. Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
D. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
- Working Conditions
B. Up to 40%travel to other states for instrument maintenance, installation, repairs, etc.
C. Report daily to Walnut Creek office for warehouse duties except during travels.
