Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager - Construction, are:
- Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients.
- Direct and supervise construction or related workers.
- Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Project Manager - Construction, will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred
- Minimum of three years of construction experience required
- 3+ years of post graduation construction experience preferred but not required
- 3+ plus years of residential construction preferred but not required
- Should have general building and construction knowledge
- Competitive base Salary up to $100k
