Project Manager
You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure projects are aligned with our RevOps strategy, designed to optimize revenue growth, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage multiple revenue-focused projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Revenue Operations Strategy: Leverage your RevOps experience to integrate sales, marketing, and customer success data to optimize revenue-generating processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to understand business needs, gather requirements, and drive alignment on project objectives. Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to improve workflows, enhance customer experience, and maximize revenue.
Data-Driven Insights: Work with data analysts to create and monitor key revenue metrics, ensuring insights are used to guide project priorities and business decisions. Technology & Tools: Manage and optimize revenue-related tools and systems, such as CRM platforms, marketing automation software, and analytics tools, to support project goals and revenue optimization.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project updates, delivering regular progress reports and aligning stakeholders on project timelines, risks, and results.
Change Management: Implement change management best practices to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies across revenue-related teams.
