Randstad is excited to announce that we have partnered with a local maufacturing company and we are searching for a talented Electrical Maintenance Technician to join the team on 1st shift!
Job Duties:
- Inspecting and repairing materials, products, and components for conformance.
- Conducting preventive maintenance procedures on facility equipment.
- Reporting and recording preventive maintenance requiring additional repair time.
- Leading small teams.
- Repairing, modifying, and installing systems and equipment, including bearings.
- Working on electrical motors, PLCs, and with pumps, in and around plating equipment and machines (Electrical Maintenance Technician duties).
- Working in conjunction with Operations to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
- Brownie points if you are a licensed Electrician.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Schedule: 7:00 am -3:30 pm

Responsibilities
Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):
- Inspecting and repairing materials, products and components for conformance.
- Conducting preventive maintenance procedures on facility equipment to ensure the essential care, maintenance and operation of equipment.
- Reporting and recording any preventive maintenance that may require additional repair time.
- leading small teams Working on systems which would involve repairing, modifying and installing systems and equipment
- Installing bearings.
- Maintenance Technician (Electrical) would involve working on electrical motors, PLCs and working with pumps, working in and around plating equipment and machines. Working in conjunction with Operations to ensure that all equipment has been tested and is working in a safe manner with satisfying results.
