salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per yearshift: Second
work hours: 1 PM - 10 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Set up, repair, and maintain plant equipment (centrifuges, pumps, conveyors, etc.)
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Install replacement parts (belts, filters, gears, chains, etc.)
- Rebuild valves, pumps, and gearboxes
- Ensure safety compliance (OSHA, CalOSHA)
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report status
- Perform welding, install air, water, gas lines, and align equipment
- Operate lift vehicles and hand trucks
- Work in environments with temperature extremes, noise, and chemicals
- working in a smoke free environment
