A Typical Day:
As a Sr IT Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery and execution of company commitments and large scale programs/projects. The position is part of the Digital Delivery Project Management Organization within the Digital Technology organization and will play a central role in delivering for a company focused on growth.
The Sr IT Project Manager will:
- Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with program goals and milestones
- Guide teams in translating program goals and milestones into actionable agile execution plans.
- Partners with product and technology leadership to develop feature delivery road maps focused on the growth and development of a product or business
- Partners with product and technology leadership to ensure successful delivery and execution of company commitments and large scale programs/projects
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and action plans to anticipate and support the needs of a growth-oriented company
- Provide day to day servant leadership, guidance, and coordination across teams
- Participate in continuous delivery improvements efforts by providing input into an operating model framework aligned with modern agile, lean, design thinking, and project management practices
- Effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize JIRA expertise to build insightful reports, track progress, identify trends, and address challenges proactively
- Influence and motivate teams without formal authority, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience leading high performing large scale projects
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of various project management and software delivery methodologies (i.e. agile, waterfall, lean, design thinking)
- Advanced relationship skills and experience influencing senior leaders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff. Able to speak and write clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Ability to tell a story and develop frameworks to drive execution and delivery
- Strong ability to quickly produce professional presentations for executive leadership
- Expertise in using agile reporting tools like JIRA & Confluence
- Experience in financial services, mortgage banking, and/or consulting is desired
- Agile, Scaled Agile, PMP, or PgMP certifications are desired

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000
