Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with superintendents, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve any construction issues or conflicts.
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and sequencing of work.
  • Maintain an accurate log of RFIs, Submittals, Change orders, material counts, and schedule
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or restaurant/retail construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $25 million in value.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
