The Senior Manager of Accounting will manage a broad range of accounting functions specifically for the North American region. This includes overseeing lease accounting activities and strongly assisting in the execution of a major ongoing implementation project.This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule designed around our strong belief in allowing our employees work-life harmony.
Key Responsibilities include: Oversee and manage all North American accounting functions. Manage lease accounting operations in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Play a crucial role in a significant company-wide implementation project.Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Mentor, guide and inspire a dynamic accounting team. Desirable Qualifications: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred. Extensive experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Proven experience in leading key projects, particularly system implementation, is a big plus.
