Adecco is assisting their client with their search for an Operations Coordinator.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: 1-2 weeks.
Location: ATLANTA GA 30361-on-site REQUIRED
Pay: $33.42

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am to 6pm

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Fleet Operations & Systems Specialist to oversee vehicle fleet operations at our remote site in Atlanta. This role involves coordinating daily fleet activities, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing vehicle issues in collaboration with hardware and software teams, managing shipping and site logistics, and improving support operations with internal teams to ensure high-quality fleet operation, uptime and quality.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee fleet operations, ensuring KPIs are met in coordination with driver management
  • Manage shipping and receiving logistics for on-site equipment, maintaining accurate tracking and communication with internal teams and manufacturers
  • Work closely with the vehicle operations team to enhance the efficiency and quality of fleet performance
  • Assemble and maintain computer hardware in vehicles
  • Create tools and processes to automate operations support and keep the fleet running smoothly
  • Conduct daily fleet deployment checks to uphold operational quality standards
  • Monitor alerts and dashboards for vehicle performance, taking appropriate actions and remediations
  • Track and log vehicle conditions, ensuring incidents and anomalies are properly reported.
  • Serve as smart hands for remote engineering teams, assisting with troubleshooting tasks and other projects that contribute to operational improvements

Pay Details: $33.42 per hour
