Primary Job Duties:

• Expediting repaired and purchased parts for general and urgent aircraft maintenance
• Evaluate parts usage and distribute parts orders to nationwide bases for aircraft maintenance
• Compile reports regarding Repair Priority, summarization, weekly planning, AOG, backorder, etc.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance bases, vendors, parts department, and management regarding part requests and orders
• Develop and maintain strong and professional vendor relationships

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be self-motivated and able to proactively identify and prevent potential operational disruptions due to lack of parts
• Proficient working knowledge of PC and Windows applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and an aptitude to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work independently and as an integral part of a team

Physical and Other Requirements:

• This position is on-site, Monday-Friday afternoons, with no remote work available. Must live in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT.
• Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting)
• Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone
