Job Summary:
Are you passionate about international business and customer service? Surya is looking for a International Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our international account customers, providing timely and accurate solutions for all customer inquiries and concerns.

You’ll work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and maintain excellent customer relationships. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for international business and exceptional service, this is the opportunity for you!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Troubleshoot and resolve customer-related issues, ensuring a smooth and positive experience every time.
  • Product & Service Knowledge: Provide accurate, helpful information about Surya products, orders, and fulfillment processes.
  • Order Management: Review open orders, ensuring timely shipments and effective tracking of international account projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing teams to ensure efficient product flow and manage inventory levels.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain customer inventory feeds, pricing, order processes, and keep thorough records of customer interactions.
  • Presentations & Product Selections: Assist in creating customer-facing presentations and product selections tailored to client needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Address issues and escalate recurring problems to the International Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide valuable feedback on processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer experience.

  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bilingual: Fluency in any additional languages is a plus.
  • Education: College students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Service Support Experience: More than two years in a service support or customer service role, with a focus on international accounts or sales.
