Junior Accountant

This is an onsite role at our Beverly Hills office, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable accounting experience in a thriving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of accounting experience (internships or junior roles welcome).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise is required.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
