What you’ll do
Leading business development isn’t always easy, but you’ll do it with grace and tact. We will look to you to meet or exceed the revenue, admissions, patient census, and growth goals for one of our home health and hospice locations. You will lead a team of Business Development Liaisons while building relationships with referral sources, community members, and teammates.
What it takes- Bachelor’s degree in related field required. In absence of a degree, ten years of sales/marketing management experience is required.
- Five years sales and marketing experience with a proven sales record
- Three years experience in a home health and/or hospice setting preferred
- Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management system preferred
- Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record
