Primary responsibilities for Manufacturing Mechanical Engineers include:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced automotive systems and components
- Drive engineering solutions from concept to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet performance, durability, and cost targets
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from design through testing, validation, and production
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of mechanical engineering experience, including 2+ years in the automotive industry, with expertise in vehicle systems (e.g., powertrain, chassis, suspension)
- Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD, MATLAB) for design optimization
- Proven leadership in managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams, with experience in automotive manufacturing processes (assembly, molding, casting, machining)
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiar with automotive safety standards and compliance (e.g., ISO, SAE, FMVSS)

Pay Details: $42.00 to $48.00 per hour
