Senior Business Anlyst
The Senior Business Analyst will be involved in various aspects of business analysis, working closely with client providers and management company staff.
Responsibilities:
Monitors the daily operations of the department including all workflows turnaround times production levels and staffing needs within budgetary and business planning guidelines.
Compiles and analyzes monthly enrollment data to provide accurate enrollment schedules to various departments including Financial Analysis Accounting Provider Contracting etc.
Prepare analyze and monitor eligibility reconciliations to ensure that all exceptions and rejected data have been researched and updated.
Assist and ensure that programming changes are requested justified and implemented properly for the business unit's eligibility manager software.
Calculates and prepares client provider capitated payments monthly in line with contract timelines and requirements.
Effectively and professionally communicate results challenges and solutions through daily interaction and regular reports with management.
Create and monitor standard reports to identify anomalies and/or trends impeding appropriate revenue capture.- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within the Healthcare, Hospital, or Social Assistance industry
- Proficiency in Office Functions and SQL programming for data analysis
- Comprehensive understanding of Payment Processing, Reconciliations, and Finance
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration and Staffing
- Knowledge of Workstation Support and Monitoring Tools
- Ability to develop and execute Business Plans in alignment with the Business Unit's goals
- Proficient in Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis, and Revenue Accounting
- Familiarity with the Health Care sector and ability to drive Innovation within it
- Experience in Training staff and partners, fostering Collaboration within teams
- Ability to manage Daily Operation and Production timelines
- Excellent proficiency in the 'About Time' software
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry's legal and ethical guidelines.
