About the Role:

We are seeking a Systems Analyst (Payroll) to join our growing team of three in Oxnard, CA. This role will play a key part in supporting and enhancing our payroll systems within the Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2) environment. We need someone who is comfortable working with an older system while helping to drive improvements and scalability as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2) Payroll module.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues related to payroll processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to optimize system functionality.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Develop reports and queries to support payroll operations and compliance needs.
• Provide user training and support for payroll system-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2), specifically in Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Ability to work with an established system while identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
