- Maintain and repair equipment: hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs & more!
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
- Install, upgrade, and calibrate new systems.
- Partner with production teams to keep operations smooth and safe.

Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and PLCs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS systems.
- Inspect and replace components such as bearings, belts, and wiring to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including control circuits, motor drives, and sensors.
- Repair mechanical systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to restore production.
- Install, align, and calibrate new machinery or equipment.
- Implement upgrades to existing systems to improve performance and safety.
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards during all maintenance activities.
- Lockout/tagout equipment during repairs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and improve operational safety.
- Work closely with production teams to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and junior maintenance staff.
- Assist with planning and executing major repairs or shutdowns.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
