We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the healthcare and social assistance industry, based in Dublin, Ohio. The role we are seeking is an Accounts Payable Clerk who will play an integral part in our team. This role will involve handling account reconciliation, managing accounts payable, and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and precise
• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and initiating suitable action when necessary
• Conducting account reconciliation tasks for ensuring financial accuracy
• Managing accounts payable (AP), including check runs and coding invoices
• Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
• Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Utilizing Excel for various financial tasks
• Working with Great Plains Accounting software for financial management
• Implementing 3 Way Matching process to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Proven experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrable skills in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently
• Skilled in Coding Invoices
• High proficiency in Data Entry tasks
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficient in using Excel
• Familiar with 3 Way Matching process
• Knowledge of Great Plains Accounting software
