salary: $54,080 - $74,880 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Performs all regularly scheduled preventive maintenance inspections as prescribed by quality assurance and maintains records.
- Diagnoses and corrects mechanical and electrical troubles to involve repairs and replacement of controls, motors, switches, devices, etc.
- Assists in diagnosing and correcting electronic troubles.
- Replaces and fits bearings, bushings, gears, shafts, etc. using a broad range of hand and machine tools.
- Makes all proper adjustments to insure accurate and efficient operations.
- May assign work to and instruct, train and assist other employees, including but not limited to maintenance trainees or apprentices.
- Assists Plant Engineer with ordering maintenance supplies and spare parts, and participates in troubleshooting involving the machine tool manufacturer.
- Uses advanced shop mathematics and a variety of measuring devices that require interpretation in various applications.
