Responsibilities- Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence related to personal injury cases.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to specific cases.
- Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and other parties to collect information and documents.
- Prepare case summaries, briefs, and trial notebooks as required by attorneys.
- Assist in the discovery process, including gathering and reviewing evidence and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Must be bilingual/fluent in Spanish.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in California personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal terminology.
- Proficient in using legal research databases and case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
