Responsibilities
Direct and oversee a 10-20 member sales team extending support, guidance, and motivation to enhance sales outcomesEngage in weekly field visits with sales representatives for feedback, coaching, and pinpointing areas for refinement
Evaluate and respond to closing rates, detect trends, and initiate strategies for sales performance enhancement
Act in the capacity of a coach and mentor, holding frequent individual meetings and performance assessments to offer tailored growth opportunities
Actively partake in generating and finalizing sales, working closely with sales representatives
Support sales representatives in finalizing sales through guidance, negotiation tactics, and utilizing your home remodeling industry knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management within the home remodeling sector (mandatory)Minimum of 3 years' in-home sales experience (mandatory)
Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is an advantage
Proven record of guiding a triumphant sales team, attaining or surpassing sales objectives
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
