We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant, located in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, you will play an integral part in our leasing and administrative operations within the real estate industry.

Your key responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from marketing support to tenant coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as flyers and packages, for prospective tenants, brokers, and property owners.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the department, including the creation of deal packages, maintenance of tenant listings, and support in marketing package preparation.
  • Manage the calendar and handle expense reports for remote team members.
  • Collaborate with the Tenant Coordinator to oversee projects under construction, from initial tenant contact to final leasing commission payment.
  • Assist the Marketing Director in updating internal and external site plans for portfolio properties and contribute to sales reporting collection and reporting.
  • Handle broker commission calculations, commission letters, and process payment requests.
  • Assist in drafting 3rd Party Listing agreements and manage tenant communication.
  • Coordinate with leasing departments for accurate and timely updates to the Monthly Leasing reports.
  • Support the Tenant Coordinator in updating the Monthly Construction Tracker accurately and promptly. • Comprehensive understanding of Budget Processes is required.
  • Proficiency in Calendar Management is essential.
  • Excellent Communication skills are expected in both verbal and written forms.
  • Ability to effectively handle Conference Calls with various stakeholders.
  • Capability to Enter Invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Experience in entering Vendor Invoices is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate - Leasing is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record in Administrative Assistance is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Management is expected.
  • Familiarity with Administrative Office procedures and protocols.
  • Experience in Administrative Oversight is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of Lease Agreements is crucial.
  • Familiarity with the preparation and execution of Lease Contracts is required.
  • Experience in handling Lease Documents is a major asset.
  • Understanding of Lease Terms and their implications is necessary.
  • Experience in managing Leases is highly desirable.
