Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Maintaining methodical and precise records of customer credit
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving them effectively
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action
• Demonstrating proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Utilizing 10 Key Skills for data entry and other relevant tasks
• Organizing files systematically for easy access and retrieval
• Performing calculations as required in a timely manner
• Scanning documents and ensuring they are correctly stored
• Typing correspondence and other documents with speed and accuracy.
