Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing of Polish equipment. This includes spraying, pouring, cooking, and assembling various components. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that equipment is built according to company specifications and quality standards, maintaining efficiency and safety in all tasks. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably involving equipment coating, pouring, or assembly.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.
• Familiarity with safety standards and operating production machinery.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

• Apply coatings and finishes to Polish equipment parts using spray equipment, ensuring an even, high-quality application.
• Pour and mold materials into designated shapes or containers, following precise instructions for each product.
• Operate cooking equipment to heat or treat materials as part of the production process.
• Assemble parts and components of Polish equipment, ensuring accurate alignment and proper functioning.
• Monitor and inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality control standards.
• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
