Business Development Representative
Our client, sitting within the construction industry, is now looking for a number of Business Development Representatives as they enter an exciting period of growth!
Successful candidates will be ambitious college graduates, those who buy into the unique value of the company's award-winning solutions for infrastructure and business. You’ll be inquisitive, courageous and coachable, with some experience of cold/outbound calling preferable.
Business Development Representative Package:

Business Development Representative Role:
- Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's offering in order to educate prospective customers
- Proactively open up and develop new revenue streams for the business
- Execute outbound calling campaigns, speaking over the phone and via email to the key decision makers of targeted accounts
- Develop existing relationships within the client base in order to up and cross-sell services
- Interact with professionals at all levels of seniority and background, maintaining long term partnerships with customers, end users and data managers
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns to develop new logos
You:
- A full Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Outbound and/or cold calling experience preferable
- A strong, evident track record of success and over-achievement
- Ambitious, determined and adaptable
- Coachable with a keen willingness to learn
- An interest in the Tech sector
- Comfortable in a target driven environment
