• Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and other staff to ensure timelines and standards are met.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements and scope.
• Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, and local and state regulations are met.
• Develop and manage the project schedule and budget.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Resolve any problems that may arise during construction.
