Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:- Efficiently and accurately handle customer credit applications.
- Maintain precise records of customer credit.
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status.
- Prepare and process journal entries to keep general ledger accounts updated.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and balance general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Generate financial reports for management review and support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable: process invoices, ensure vendor payments are timely, manage customer invoicing and collections, and reconcile account balances.
- Play a vital role in internal and external audits.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Maintain and organize financial documents for audit purposes. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience with Bank Reconciliations
- Knowledge of General Ledger
- Ability to prepare Journal Entries
- Experience with Month End Close
- Proficiency in using NetSuite
- Experience in using Oracle
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with SAP
