Carly Sahagian with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity in WILSONVILLE, Oregon, for an Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, the candidate will join our team in the industry, where they will handle a variety of responsibilities pertaining to account reconciliation, invoice processing, data entry, and more.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process invoices and maintain up-to-date accounts payable records.
Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure all financial records are accurate.
Execute check runs efficiently, ensuring all payments are made on time.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Code invoices correctly to ensure proper accounting and record-keeping.
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action for account maintenance.
Handle any customer inquiries related to accounts payable.
