Job Description- Oversee all stages of project life cycles, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Manage project resources efficiently, ensuring all materials and personnel are in place as required.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients and construction teams, to ensure project success.
- Implement and uphold quality standards throughout project execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring solutions are implemented.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
