Software Developer / Programmer 3 - C# and .NET
Join AZAD as a Software Developer/Programmer to
provide high-level support and assistance to the Asset Management and Engineering Applications organization within the IT department. The Software Developer will develop and support information systems
This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is fully remote.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, composition of selected compensation package, as well as dependent on resident location within or around the Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA area.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
A bachelor's, master's, or post-graduate degree in computer/information technology (or directly-related field) is preferred. Applicable certifications can count toward 1 year of experience.5 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
7 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should include work in the Computer/Information Technology field.
5 years of experience with applications design & development experience developing secure applications using the .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, JS Frameworks and Web Services.
5 years of experience with applications design & development experience developing secure applications using WPF or WCF.
Expert level knowledge and skill in the following: Visual Studio (2015 or greater).
Microsoft .NET (4.0 or greater).C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, CSS and HTML.
Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or greater) and/or Oracle (9i or greater).
T-SQL and/or PL/SQL.
TFS, GIT or other source control tool.
WPF or WCF development.
React, Angular, or other front-end java script framework.
Designing and implementing RESTful services.
Knowledge of Active Directory and developing and applying of role-based security models.
3 years of experience integrating configuration management methodologies and techniques, including branching and merging.
3 years of experience developing unit-testing scenarios to exercise a .NET Framework application to simulate environmental failures and code failures.
Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
