Job Description
The Quality Manager (textiles) will:
- Lead Quality Assurance by implementing best practices, driving change, and improving team leadership and culture.
- Ensure product and process quality by setting objectives, validating specifications, and monitoring outcomes.
- Utilize APQP, IMDS, PPAP, and statistical analysis to drive quality control and continuous improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and manage nonconforming material processes.
- Oversee compliance with Customer Specific Requirements and maintain all quality accreditations (ISO-9001, MED/MER).
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve processes and ensure color accuracy in finished products.
- Lead internal and external audits, manage supplier quality improvement, and track quality metrics.
- Communicate policies effectively, ensure customer satisfaction, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate data records and uphold safety, quality, and company regulations.

The Successful Applicant- 10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 auditing
- 5 years of experience leading audit teams
- Strong background in aerospace / highly regulated industries (medical device), accustomed to strict guidelines
- Expertise in specialty materials, chemicals, and medical industries
- Long company tenure, committed to career growth
