My client is a well-known asset management firm based in NYC. They are a smaller and more collaborative tax team looking for a well-rounded individual to join their growing team.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations.
- Support strategic tax planning initiatives
- Provide guidance on complex tax issues
- Coordinate with legal, finance and accounting departments
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior tax team members
- Implement strategies to streamline tax compliance process

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of relevant experience in the space (must have partnership tax/high net worth tax experience)
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting preferred
- CPA preferred
