Business Analyst - Mid-Level
- Process with consistency across all oversight processes
- Proactively identify areas of improvement within operational or procedural processes
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in an environment with many moving components
- Detailed documentation of processes into procedures/job aides
MUST HAVES:
- A curious and analytical mind that instinctively investigates beyond what's showing at the surface - Ability to think critically when problems present themselves and balance a workload with short time frames
- High attention to detail with experience in rigorous quality control approaches with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
- Experience in writing policies & procedures - Ability to work well alone with little direction
- A work ethic, with a sense of urgency and high focus on client experience
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & SharePoint. Building Crystal Reports is a plus!
- Experience in Financial Services industry, especially in the advised product, risk management or operational background preferred

responsibilities:
- This role will join the Risk Oversight & Remediation team within the WAS Risk & Governance organization. In this position, you'll play a critical role managing the oversight reporting performed for the SIP offer, in addition to supporting/maintaining the documentation of the team's policies & procedures.
- Members of the team who are highly successful demonstrates the ability to think creatively, develop recommendations that are data driven/fact-based, and can clearly communicate ideas.
- This role is for analytical individuals with a bias for performing oversight reporting, balancing multiple projects simultaneously, and maintaining high attention to detail.
