Customer Service Representative

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to enhance our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing customer applications, and maintaining precise customer records. This position also includes monitoring and managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from both technical staff and customers with a focus on superior service.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Develop job carts utilizing service titan software.
• Maintain and update customer credit records consistently.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to manage and organize data.
• Ensure all customer service tasks are completed efficiently.
• Manage email correspondence with customers and team members.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer service inquiries.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls
• Demonstrable experience in a call center customer service environment
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries and complaints
• Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
• Proficient in managing email correspondence
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry processes and systems
