Customer Service Representative

This position will be only evenings and weekends during showtimes.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with high-end clientele and donors to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring all vendors, including catering and bartenders, are present and prepared.
• Engaging in conversations with donors, providing them with a memorable experience.
• Keeping track of and appropriately directing any questions or inquiries from donors.
• Maintaining a detail oriented appearance suitable for a business environment.
• Monitoring and managing the founders lounge during shows to ensure a smooth operation.
• Processing any customer-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding and commitment to customer service principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult clients
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
• Ability to work in shifts, over weekends or on public holidays as needed
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to think strategically and to lead
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
