We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team in Brockton, MA, and help maintain our reputation for excellence in customer service and technical support.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Service Technician are:

  • Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, and related equipment.
  • Install new systems and ensure proper setup, testing, and client training.
  • Conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues, and provide recommendations to optimize system performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Service Team to schedule service calls and respond to emergency repairs.
  • Educate customers on best practices for equipment maintenance and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Service Technician will have:

  • High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training is preferred.
  • Compressed air or vacuum systems experience is required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic electrical knowledge and experience working with mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
